The children at Casa Alianza Mexico have taken part in Good Deeds Day.

The initiative began in 2007 by the philanthropist Shari Arison and seeks to involve the society in charitable causes. This day has become one of the most important to promote generosity in various parts of the world.  Every year; Children and adults, join together with the objective of doing good actions for the benefit of others.

Young people from Casa Alianza went to the Milagros Caninos AC shelter to help care for the dogs that have experienced extreme violence and / or have terminal illnesses, where they shared with them: time, love, caresses and games. Many of the children expressed that they can relate to the dogs as they too have experienced violence in their lives through no fault of their own.

This type of activity and giving back, contributes to the improvement in the therapeutic process of each of the children and teaches values ??such as generosity, teamwork, care and helping others – all principles that are vital to the development and growth of each child.

It is a shared experience whereby they learn that they are important and can contribute to a better and more inclusive life.
